Look out for my story in
June 2017 Issue
Hey everyone! Thanks for visiting the My Body My Vision website! I began my journey of losing over 100 pounds about 13 years ago. I've been maintaining a transformed mindset ever since and am passionate about being a source of encouragement and knowledge to others who are looking to improve their health and well-being. In 2014 I launched My Body My Vision, a movement inspiring people to transform their bodies from a place of love, worthiness and acceptance.
Everything I do is centered around two main objectives. The first is living a fully expressed and authentic life, honoring my truth regardless of what it looks like. The second is doing my best to leave people, places, and things in better condition than when I found them. I notice that when I uphold these ideals, almost everything else seems to take care of itself.
Albert Einstein said, “Strive, not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” My hope is that you discover something valuable here; anything that makes you feel you are better off for having seen it.
Thank you for being here!
